SHIPPING COST
At POKÉ GALERIE, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping options to suit your needs. The shipping cost for your order will depend on several factors, including the destination country, the shipping method, and the weight and dimensions (length, width, and height) of the package.
In-stock order: Upon placing an in-stock order, an estimated shipping cost will be charged. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to you via email when the item is ready for shipment. If the exact shipping cost is lower than the amount that you have paid when making the balance payment, we will refund the difference to you. However, if the exact shipping fee is higher, an extra shipping fee will be required to be paid before we can ship your order.
Preorders: When your figure is released and ready to be shipped, we will calculate the exact shipping cost and send you an email with the details. If the exact shipping cost is lower than the amount that you have paid when making the balance payment, we will refund the difference to you. However, if the exact shipping fee is higher, an extra shipping fee will be required to be paid before we can ship your order.
